Probably the most comfortable and roomy cabin my wife and I have visited for a fishing trip. The off-season price was very reasonable for the quality of the cabin and the other camp facilities. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The fishing was reasonably good (we caught fewer fish but those we caught were above average size). There are lots of good spots but their "bite windows" open and close throughout the day so finding a pattern of which spots work at what times takes a bit of patience.

In addition to the excellent accommodations, the boat launch is a few hundred yards from the camp and a bait shop is less than a mile away.

Lots to do. Great staff. Cabins are spacious. Lots of amenities.

We just returned from our 3rd annual Labor Day weekend family trip to Campfire Bay Resort and didn't hesitate to book our 4th! We stayed in Osprey which is a perfect size for the 4 of us and right on the water. This place is pretty special...the owners are amazing hosts who work tirelessly to accommodate the needs of all of their guests. The cabins, grounds and amenities are well-cared for. They are wildly creative with lots of day and evening programming opportunities (we had fun hunting for the mini frogs all weekend). The lake is beautiful and they attract amazing people to their resort. We were sad to leave, and already looking forward to next year!

Great family resort! We love the water bikes and the gym! Our second time staying here with family. The homemade waffle cones are my fav. Also cute clothes and they have everything you might need if you forgot something.

We had a wonderful stay at Campfire Bay Resort! Our group consisted of 5 moms and 10 kiddos ages five and under. There was plenty to do for March weather! We appreciated the outdoor playground around the corner, the arcade, indoor gym, DVDs to borrow and loft play area with games, toys and a kids kitchen. We also enjoyed the gift shop and coffee cafe to give us the extra energy we needed. Everything is run by the friendly family who lives on the property. We rented the Tamarack cabin and had plenty of room with 3 stories and 4 bedrooms. The resort was super accommodating and gave us four highchairs to borrow and a baby gate. The prices were affordable and we will definitely be back.
